The StorBankXL™ 40s 3Gbps SATA RAID NAS+iSCSI hybrid appliance is an entry-level server that incorporates storage capacities of 2,000GB (2TB) to 4,000GB (4TB) with the latest RAID, NAS, and iSCSI technologies. High performance features include dual-core processor, up to 2GB system memory, and dual copper gigabit Ethernet connectivity. An optional high-speed 600GB 10,000RPM storage capacity is also available.
This fault-tolerant data storage comes in a convenient, space-saving 1U Rackmount chassis with hot-swappable drives and trays, redundant 400 Watt hot-swappable 1+1 power supply, and an advanced cooling system. Your data is protected with your choice of RAID 0, 1, 1E, 3, 5 and JBOD across four hot-swappable SATA disk drives on a high-performance 3Gbps SATA RAID controller.
Installation and setup are a breeze, allowing the StorBankXL 40s to be up and running in about 15 minutes after it is unpacked from the box. Additional software, including backup client or server applications, may be loaded on the NAS appliance via its integrated DVD-ROM drive.
