FlexStor Expansion Units support your choice of RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50, 60 and JBOD from their dual connections to the ultra high performance 12Gbps SAS hardware RAID controller in the FlexStor NAS+iSCSI storage appliance.

Each FlexStor E36m Expansion Unit comes in a convenient, space-saving 4U rackmount chassis with twenty-four front hot-swappable and twelve rear hot-swappable SAS disk drives.

Full x8 SAS 3.0 end-to-end connectivity with dual 12Gbps SAS input links and dual 12Gbps SAS output links allows the FlexStor E36m to be included in a cascade of up to 128 drives.
