High-Tech Industry Veteran Brings Extensive Sales Experience to

Hayward, Calif. -- Oct. 17, 2007 – Dynamic Network Factory, Inc. (DNF), a leading maker of high-performance network attached storage (NAS), storage area networks (SANs), RAID and iSCSI systems, today announced the appointment of Dean E. Norman to the position of vice president of sales. A seasoned executive whose experience includes work with Apani Networks, Dell Corporation and Computer Associates, Norman will lead sales efforts for DNF’s six rapidly expanding business units.

With a background that includes channel expansion, professional services, enterprise client acquisition and global sales development, Norman comes to DNF from Apani Networks, an enterprise network security software developer, where he was vice president of sales. At Apani, he substantially increased worldwide revenue while closing key accounts such as Citicorp, Wachovia and the State of California.
Prior to Apani, Norman served as senior services director for Dell. During his tenure, he increased West Coast revenues by as much as 145 percent, and trained and mentored a team in charge of more than 116 accounts across North America.
Norman also served as divisional vice president of sales for Computer Associates from 1993 to 1997, where he managed a team with product line focus on systems management, database tools, application development and enterprise security. In addition, he was vice president of sales for NativeMinds, which was acquired by Verity, and co-founder of Advanced Data Collections, which was acquired by Acom. He holds a B.S.B.A. degree in marketing from Chapman University.
