INTEGRATED FLEXSTOR-NAS CONFIGURATIONS
All of our drives are tested in-house using our proprietary RAID Drive Certification and AST (Application-Specific Testing) processes. In a procedure lasting up to 120 hours, drive certification ensures that units we receive from a manufacturer are run within our defined parameters consistently under stressful read/write conditions. With AST, we ensure that drives perform in concert during real-world multi-drive situations, from high-speed video editing RAID arrays to near-line disk backup applications.
Rackmount FlexStor-NAS rackmount solutions are available in 1U, 2U, 3U, 4U, 5U and 8U form factors with capacities ranging from 4TB to 120TB within a single chassis. Optional host bus adapters allow these solutions to be expanded to over 300TB! Most systems can also be upgraded to 10Gb Ethernet connectivity.
Tower FlexStor-NAS tower solutions are available in 6 and 8-drive configurations and are the perfect solutions for small offices with low capacity but high redundancy requirements. Tower systems can also be upgraded to 10Gb Ethernet connectivity.
Input an estimate of the amount of storage you will need. Your available storage capacity will decrease depending on the RAID level you choose. Do not include hot spares in your raw storage calculation.
Input the amount of data you currently have in use. This will be used to generate an estimate on the number of disks you will need for this amount of available storage, after accounting for the RAID level.
